BOOK TAG: BACK TO SOCIALS.

Hello! (Joey from FRIENDS' voice) How you doin'?. Today I bring you another book tag, one I originally adapted from señora literaria for Instagram, but I never posted it there anyway, so I have decided to adapt it again to socials in general. I hope you'll like it.

Best Friends: Next book you are going to share/read with someone and who is that person.

I am going to send my best friend Elena a fic I sort of wrote for her inspired by the second book of the Bridgerton saga. Besides, she is always recommending me books and I love her for that, too.

Tag: A basic that never fails.

For me is either Bridgerton or Jane Austen. Depending on the mood. In my case it would be either Penelope or Hyacint's book or Northanger's Abbey by Austen.

Stories: A book that is so big that you haven’t read it yet.

Re-read, more exactly. I have had the physical copy for years now but I haven't touched it yet although I've read it on digital: Anna Karenina. As for future readings, I have a certain degree of respect for Murakami's 1Q84 because according to my reader, it's nearly 700 pages.

Like: A book you have loved for the way it is written.

A Little Life, by Hanya Yanagihara. Simple, yet truly powerful.

Challenge: Book you have read and didn’t understand.

I am sorry but I even had to abandon it... The Hobbit.

Queue: A book living in your TBR forever.

Plenty. I am not reading much lately.

Infographic: Comic or graphic novel you want to read.

I am curious about Horrorstör, by Grady Hendrix.

Live: Audiobook or podcast you recommend and why.

The Dead, by James Joyce, read by Andrew Scott. The way he changes characters even just by voice alone it's incredible and he really helps you to get into the book.

Drafts: Book you are too lazy to even bother to read.

The Song of Achilles. I need to be more into reading mythology for me to enjoy that one, I think.

Log Out: Book to disconnect.

Not a book: Fanfiction. It's still reading a story, but you don't have to carry it with you, neither can be dense enough to make disconnecting impossible.

This is all for today. I hope you'll enjoy it. As usual, comments are open if you feel like telling me which of these you would answer.

See you next Friday.
